Unlike some of the recent T&H balms I’ve sampled, this was a thicker consistency, like the 1805 I tried. It’s closer to a cream than a lotion. The thickness showed in its quality. It felt great going on and seemed to provide a nice moisturising finish.
The scent matches the cream, but seems far more intense. It tends to hang around for a few hours too. I’m just not sure you’d want to smell of lime for that long though, and it’s potent enough that it may interfere with any cologne (or perfume as Con insists we call it) or splash you want to use.
As with the other balms from T&H, it was absorbed quickly left the skin feeling smooth and soft without being greasy.
Another good performer, but at a cost. I’m also not convinced about the fragrance, but if lime’s your thing then this should deliver plenty of kick.
